It's the only Walmart within 40 miles of my house. I have been to better and been to worse. The best Walmart I have been to is the Pueblo West store.
We were very disappointed when you took Great Value sugar-free sweet Iced-tea off the shelves. My mother and me are both diabetics, and this is the best tasting and affordable tea out there. We aren't the only ones disappointed either, many times while searching, other shoppers have voiced their displeasure also. Please re-stock this item. We've bought up to 4 gallons a week. I didn't ask for my diabetes.
The staff is helpful and the selection of items is good! The store is clean and I shop here all the time. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it is hard to find someone to help me but when I ask for someone to be paged then they come right after that. I've been impressed by the staff in the deli, in the material section, and in the paint department! Very friendly, helpful and they know their stuff!
Always dirty and the employees seem to be always goofing around. Compared to many other Walmart's I've been in this particular one is dingy. The make up area is looked down which feels creepy. Never enough cashiers. Came in to find a product I found online that was supposed to be in store. I went to the department I figured it might be in and had no luck so I figured I would ask. The employee Barbara I asked was do incredibly rude declaring it wasn't in her department how would she know where it's at. Okay I understand fully not knowing every item in the store, but wow she was rude and didn't offer any alternative places to look or direct me to anyone who might even care. I really felt like I was bothering her with a simple question.
Great customer service staff. I don't know about the rest of the building, they make you feel like you're stealing something. KEEP your Belongings in YOUR SIGHT!!!! I cannot attend that enough. Only a lady in a motorized scooter and her husband were in line when I forgot to pick up my tablet and it was stolen!
